Opera Circus has nurtured the development of this long term international youth arts programme for 18 years.  It’s longevity and success is down to the participation of over 2000 young people, over 30 artists, and many others who guided, advised, funded, promoted, fed and managed us during the process.  

Rory Newbery, joined TCFT as a participant in 2012 in the Bridport based youth residency Simply Human, welcoming Bosnian and Serbian young people, family and artists to Bridport, our home base. Rory along with Francesco Pipparelli have just sent out a survey to everyone whose contacts we still have. 

Where are they, what are they doing, are they still interesting in being involved and doing something if so how and what?

There is a plan for a three year programme of leadership, trauma attuned arts, climate activism, democracy and human rights through multiple arts activities including the 2028 celebration of 20 years of TCFT. Partners to be advised.
